The founders of Black CyberSpace OnLine, Inc. plan to "Build the World's
Largest Black Community in CyberSpace". Currently, 82% of African-Americans
are not yet on the Internet. Through an aggressive marketing strategy that focuses
on empowerment and education, Black CyberSpace OnLine plans to impact the Black
community with the power of technology. Given the infancy of the Internet, an
opportunity exists to establish a dominant presence on the World Wide Web that
is created by Blacks for Blacks.
Business Overview
Black CyberSpace OnLine, Inc. is an Internet Service Provider poised to become
the leading online communications and e-commerce medium targeting the Black
market. Within five years, Black CyberSpace OnLine plans to establish a user
base of one million subscribers - residential as well as business clients. At
a monthly Internet access fee of $19.95, the annual revenue generated by a customer
base of one million internet users is $215 million dollars.
Black CyberSpace OnLine will provide online service, high-speed access, e-mail,
web site design and development and a host of other Internet services. In addition
to standard Internet access service, Black CyberSpace OnLine also plans to develop
and distribute original content that targets Blacks such as professional service
listings, ethnic focused commerce, community chat rooms, bulletin boards and
several other creative service offerings.

a loyal base of users is to provide quality service and to establish customer
