Black CyberSpace OnLine, Inc. (BCS) recognizes your right to privacy. Consequently we have created this statement to apprise you of our privacy policies and practices with respect to information about you that is collected through our Internet Provider Services (the ISP). This
Privacy Policy may change to reflect any new features of the ISP. Please revisit this Privacy Policy from time to time to be sure that you are familiar with the current policy.
Information Collection and Use by BCS
BCS is the sole owner of the information collected through the ISP. We will not use or disclose this information to others in ways different from that stated in this Privacy Policy.
When you access the Internet/Intranet using our Internet Provider Services, we do not retrieve any information about you. When you complete our installation procedures, the personal information you provide (such as name, address, telephone number, email address, and credit card information) identifies
you as a BCS ISP user. This information is stored in a BCS ISP database and is used solely for billing, systems administration, and troubleshooting purposes, such as to provide you with access status information, maintenance notifications or other information pertaining to our ISP services.
We will not use any information that you provide to us about yourself or your business (such as name, address or credit card information) to solicit any third party products or services.
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the ISP, track users movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
We may provide certain non-personally identifiable information to third parties in aggregate form. We may disclose personally identifiable information and/or IP addresses to a third party if we believe in good faith that the law or legal process requires it, or to protect the rights or property of
BCS or others.
Information Collection and Use by ISP Sponsors
We offer our technology through a variety of third party resellers (who are referred to in this Privacy Policy as ISP Sponsors). ISP Sponsors may collect personal information from you and use this information in ways that are different from that which is described in this Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any ISP Sponsors. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of each and every ISP Sponsors Website. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information that we collect when you access the Internet/Intranet using our ISP services.
Age Verification
When you install the ISP components and enter your personal information, you are required to view and consent to the Terms and Conditions before the contract between you and BCS is complete. The Terms and Conditions includes a check box which states that you are 18 years of age or older. You must check
this check box or you cannot create the account.
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children, nor do we knowingly market to children.
Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving any of our email notifications at any time. If you want to opt out of receiving our email notifications, send us a message at support@bcsmail.com If you decide to opt out, you will not be notified of system upgrades, etc.
Providing Security
We have implemented a number of security features to maintain the ISP to prevent the unauthorized release of or access to the personal information that we collect. For example, all of your personally identifiable information is encrypted and protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. SSL
displays a lock in the bottom right-hand corner of the status bar on Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer browsers. When you access our registration form, the lock visually notifies you that security is active. In addition, any information that we gather is stored on servers in our secured
private Data Center and only authorized personnel have access rights to the Data Center. Credit card information is processed through private reputable credit card firms and is used for payment purposes only.
In addition, ISP Sponsors may ask us to store personal information that they collect from end users in our Data Center. This would occur if, for example, an ISP Sponsor uses the ISP to solicit their merchandise. We will protect any such information via the same security measures that we use to prevent
the unauthorized release of or access to the personal information that we collect.
Please be advised, however, that although we have endeavored to create a secure and reliable site for our users, the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted through the ISP cannot be guaranteed. When disclosing any personal information, you should remain mindful of the fact that
it is potentially accessible to the public and, consequently, can be potentially collected and used by others without your consent. You should therefore consider carefully if you want to submit sensitive information that you would not want disclosed to the public. You should also recognize that your
use of the Internet/Intranet is solely at your own risk. You agree that we have no responsibility or liability for the security of personal information transmitted via the Internet. Nevertheless, we urge you to exercise caution when conveying personal information over the Internet.
Using Cookies

every time you visit our site. Cookies by themselves cannot be used to find out the identity of any user. You can turn the cookie feature off by using your browser's preference options, but you may not be able to utilize some services properly.
ISP Sponsors may use cookies and their cookies are not under our control. Please review the section of this Privacy Policy entitled iWebComm.com ISP Sponsors for more information about the collection of personal information by ISP Sponsors.
Modifying/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information and Accounts

to personal information in the same way that the originally provided information is protected. End users of ISP Sponsors can make modifications to their access information using BCS provided utilities.
Change Notification
This policy may be revised over time as new features are added to our ISP. We will post those changes prominently so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone. Unless you opt out, we may notify you
of changes to our Privacy Policy by email as well. Please check our Website at support@bcsmail.com for information about revisions to our Privacy Policies.
